  • What if I’m not satisfied with my candle?
    • We want you to love your Thrive & Heal Candle Co. experience. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 20 days of your purchase date for a refund or exchange.
  • How do I start a return?
    • Just email us at candles@thriveandhealtherapy.com to request a return authorization number. We’ll provide instructions and the return mailing address.
  • Do I need the original packaging?
    • Yes, please send the item back in its original packaging to help ensure it arrives safely and in good condition.
  • Who covers return shipping?
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.
  • When will I get my refund?
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's complete.
  • What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
