Return Policy

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return for a refund. All returns must be returned within twenty (20) days of the purchase date and must be in an unused and new condition.

Return Process: To return an item, please email candles@thriveandhealtherapy.com to obtain a return number. After receiving a return number, please place the item in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided when you email candles@thriveandhealtherapy.com. Please note, Thrive & Heal Candle Co. will not be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Refunds: Upon receiving your return and observing the condition of the item, and after approval of the refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five-seven (5-7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. For defective or damaged products, please contact me at candles@thriveandhealtherapy.com.
